Music venue booking platform — find venues, book artists, manage events
Venue-side and artist-side booking on TYFRA: opportunities, applications, day sheets, finances, guest lists.
Getting booked at music venues involves two distinct challenges. The first is finding the right venues to apply to — the ones where your genre fits, where the booking calendar is active, and where an application from an artist at your stage has a realistic chance of success. The second is managing the booking process once interest exists: communicating professionally, generating contracts, tracking deposits, and ensuring the show details are confirmed and documented before the date.
Most independent artists handle both challenges informally — searching for venues through Google, communicating through email and social media, and managing booking details in a mix of email threads and memory. A venue booking platform provides the infrastructure to handle both systematically.
Finding the right venues
TYFRA Live's venue directory contains 500+ venues with information to support targeted booking applications. Genre fit, capacity, booking contact, and location filter a broad directory into a targeted list of venues that are realistic applications for your current position.
The most effective venue applications are specific about why this artist fits this venue, rather than generic expressions of interest.
