Sharing & storage

Upload music and share it — store once, use everywhere

Upload your music to TYFRA Vault once — then share it privately, send it to DJs, use it in contracts, and see activity on share links. One file. Every workflow. No re-uploading.

The same bounce does not need to live in five different places. TYFRA is built around one upload in Vault: your catalog, then share links, Promo, contracts, and analytics — without re-uploading the file every time you change context.

The repeated upload problem

A typical week: WeTransfer to a mixer, a drive link to a manager, another upload for a promo pool, a different folder for a label. Each hop risks the wrong version, strips context, or loses tracking.

What gets lost each time you re-upload

Metadata, revision history, and a single audit trail. You spend time re-typing ISRC and tempo instead of making music.

Upload once — what Vault does with your file

  • Permanent catalog storage

Your upload is the source of truth — not a disposable attachment.

  • Metadata stored once

BPM, key, genre, ISRC, credits — travel with the track into other TYFRA features where supported.

  • Revisions and variants

Label v1 vs v2 clearly so you always share the intended version.

Share the same upload in different ways

Private share links — expiry and downloads tuned for A&R or management.

Promo — pick the Vault track in a campaign; no second upload.

Contracts — attach the same asset to agreements when your workflow calls for it.

Discovery — when you are ready, opt in to public discovery from the same catalog — not a separate upload.

Track what happens after you share

Per-link analytics show when the share page was viewed and how often — so follow-ups can be grounded in link-level activity, not guesswork.

Suite workflow

Vault connects to Promo, Contracts, Finance, and more — one catalog, many surfaces, without re-uploading the same file for every step.

FAQ

Common questions

Yes. Files in Vault are directly available in Promo. You don't re-upload — you select the track from your Vault and add it to a campaign. Metadata (BPM, key, genre, ISRC) pre-fills from what's already stored.
Yes. You can generate multiple share links from the same file — each with its own expiry date, download permission, and comment setting. A&R gets a link with no download, your mixing engineer gets a link with full download access.
Public share links stream whatever audio is currently the main file on the track. New revisions stay in your history until you promote one to become main — when you do, existing share links will play that new main audio. For a fixed reference, keep the older mix as main until you are ready, or coordinate which revision is promoted.
Each link logs view count and last viewed time when the share page is opened. Anonymous listeners are not named — you see aggregate activity on that URL, not per-person identity.
No — there is no play or download count limit on share links.
