Ghost Production & Remix
Many DJs and artists want quality releases but do not produce, or want more releases than their own production schedule allows. Ghost production is a long-standing, legitimate part of the music industry. The difference between a professional ghost production and a scam is transparency about the arrangement, clear split documentation, and a clean delivery.
Choose Your Option
Original Track
A completely original production to your brief. Ghost (full assignment to you) or credited co-production.
Remix
You provide stems. The producer builds a remix. Full documentation and delivery into your Vault.
What We Do
From brief to Vault delivery, we manage the full production process.
Brief
You provide references, genre, BPM range, key preference, feel notes, and any specific requirements (drop structure, breakdown, outro).
Production
The producer delivers a draft within the agreed timeline. We check it against your brief before presenting to you.
Revision round
You feedback, we relay to the producer, revision delivered.
Delivery into Vault
Final track, stems, and session notes delivered into your Tyfra Vault. All stems labelled per our stem file guide. Track Revisions used for any subsequent versions.
Split documentation
Publishing and mechanical splits agreed and documented in Vault before delivery. If ghost (no credit to the producer), this is reflected in the split agreement. If credited, both parties' information is registered.
What “ghost” means legally
The producer assigns their creative contribution to you in exchange for the agreed fee. This is legal and standard in the industry. The split documentation in Vault and the Contracts agreement make this explicit and clean.
