Governing law: England and Wales
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TYFRA. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use TYFRA.
1. About TYFRA
TYFRA is a music industry platform providing tools for artists, producers, DJs, labels, managers, and other music professionals. It is operated by Vuhze Technologies, Newcastle upon Tyne, England.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without their permission
3. What you can use TYFRA for
TYFRA is provided for lawful, music industry-related purposes. You may use it to:
- Store, organise, and distribute your music and related files
- Send promotional campaigns to DJs and industry contacts
- Manage contracts, splits, and business agreements
- Track income and expenses related to your music career
- Connect with other industry professionals
4. What you must not do
You must not use TYFRA to:
- Upload, share, or distribute content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or parts of the platform
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data without our written permission
- Use TYFRA to send spam or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law
- Resell or sublicense access to TYFRA without our permission
5. Your content
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to TYFRA (tracks, contracts, documents, and other files). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We will not share, sell, or use your content for any purpose other than delivering the platform features you have access to.
6. Subscription and billing
- TYFRA offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plan features are listed on our pricing page
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as chosen at sign-up
- Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase
7. Availability
We aim to keep TYFRA available at all times but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues. We will try to give advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
8. Intellectual property
All content, design, software, and branding belonging to TYFRA (the platform itself, not your uploaded content) is owned by or licensed to Vuhze Technologies and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, TYFRA and Vuhze Technologies will not be liable for:
- Loss of data caused by your own actions, hardware failure, or events outside our control
- Indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from use of the platform
- Loss of income or business opportunity
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period will not exceed the total amount you have paid us during that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in abusive or illegal behaviour, or fail to pay for a paid subscription.
You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. On deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days (subject to legal retention requirements).
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or notice on the platform at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of TYFRA after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
